1. Marketing Admin for Social Media
  • I work with businesses and help them administer their social media marketing objectives. Administration includes but is not limited to:
  • Development of brand awareness and online reputation – communicating the company’s brand in a positive, authentic way that will attract today’s modern, hyper-connected buyers
  • Cultivation of leads and sales
  • Create and publish relevant, original, high-quality content (for all social media channels)
  • Create a regular publishing schedule and content through social media.
  • Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns
  • Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers.
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written – Oversee design (ie: Social media graphics for Facebook cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, Blog, etc.).
  • Develop and expand community
  • Manage and monitor online reviews and respond to each review timely and with care.
  • Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.

  • Use an Email platform to create, test, and deploy single and multi-step email campaigns, landing page and webinars
  • Produce newsletters and marketing emails such as email copywriting and image editing.
  • Develop an email strategy that drives customer retention and lead generation through customer life cycle analysis and lead scoring
  • Connect your facebook ads leads with your email platform, and retargeting those in future campaigns
  • Develop and maintain responsive email templates and troubleshoot issues
  • Deliver, data segmentation and post-analysis of email campaigns – managing A/B tests
  • Email campaign optimisation, proactively monitor campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
  • List hygiene and cleansing techniques to ensure deliverability reputation.
  • Managing subscriber replies and dealing with any email related queries from clients
  • Email campaign sends, email flow set up
  • Manage third-party relationships such as email platforms, facebook and any other
  • Measure & Analyze (Audience Growth, Audience Profile, Audience Engagement, Content Reach, Engagement by Content Type, Leads, Negative Feedback)
